WeCare 2019

For the 2nd year, Pigott, in partnership with Herman Miller and the local design community, hosts over 60 children for "WeCare" in Des Moines, IA.

Herman Miller, Pigott and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Iowa are joining forces for the 2nd annual “We Care,” a holiday event for children in Des Moines. More than 60 children will gather with volunteers from Herman Miller, Pigott, CMBA Architects, DLR Group, INVISION Architecture, Iowa Women in Architecture, Neumann Monson Architects, Simonson & Associates Architects, and SVPA Architects to create artistic holiday crafts they can give as gifts to family, friends, and teachers. Thanks to generous donations from local sponsors, the children will also enjoy pizza, as well as activities and holiday fun.

“We Care” is a national partnership between Herman Miller, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and more than 200 architecture and design firms across the United States and Canada. In its 23rd year, “We Care” events take place in more than 30 major cities and benefits thousands of children.
