Goal

Des Moines Electrical Training Trust’s goal was to leverage their new training facility as a tool to attract and retain new talent to the trade all while modernizing their core learning and working environments.

Solution

By moving to a new facility, DMEATT was able to grow their learning lab capacity from 3 labs to over 30. In partnership with SHYFT Collective, Pigott provided a variety of products to accommodate the entire learning experience from lounge, to classroom, to private offices and conferencing spaces, maximizing the square footage of their new facility.
