American Investment & Trust’s goal for their new space in Sioux Center, IA, was to design a welcoming space where all clientele felt comfortable - driving engagement and enhancing the employee experience.

Through close collaboration with Vision Builders, on behalf of American Investment & Trust, the Pigott team designed a space that offers a welcoming and hospitable feeling to clients who are looking for a professional environment in which to discuss their investment needs.

Collaborative space planning and thoughtful furniture selection led the team to determine a functional layout that meets employee needs today and provides the option for reconfiguration in the future. Through the design process, the Pigott team, along with Vision Builders, were able to design a customized solution for each aspect of the project. Pigott provided detailed renderings for the team to visualize each setting and make informed decisions about the new building.

The private offices have custom OFS Stacks solutions that provide a tailored look and feel for the advisors. Herman Miller Canvas Workstations were selected for the open office area to offer employees a functional and comfortable space to complete their work. A mix of formal and informal meeting spaces can be found throughout the space, allowing groups of all sizes to find a space that best supports their needs. Large conference rooms feature Herman Miller Eames Tables with Aluminum Group Chairs and small meeting rooms offer lounge furnishings for less formal engagements.

From space planning and furniture selection to project management and installation, Pigott’s comprehensive suite of services played a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for American Investment & Trust, as well as their customers.
