Solution:

When McCoy Group began exploring options for a new office space, they turned to Pigott for early design support. From high-level test fit plans to detailed finish selections, Pigott’s team guided McCoy Group through every step of their decision-making process, helping them to determine whether to build new or renovate, and ultimately supporting a solution that allowed for future growth.

This engagement grew from a longstanding relationship and McCoy Group’s trust in Pigott’s local presence, responsiveness, and comprehensive suite of services. Pigott’s design team conducted space studies, led pricing exercises, facilitated showroom tours in Chicago, and presented furniture solutions that balanced budget with performance and aesthetics.

To support McCoy Group’s diverse workforce and long-term goals, Pigott developed scalable workstation layouts using Herman Miller’s Canvas system, offering flexibility and consistency across their space. Finish standards were established to differentiate private offices by leadership level, enhancing both function and appearance. A focus on employee comfort and ergonomics was also key. Known for their support and long-term durability, Herman Miller’s Aeron and Verus chairs were chosen for their performance seating, helping to create a healthy, productive work environment from day one.

From initial concepts to final install, Pigott delivered a cohesive, tailored solution.
