After purchasing several acres of land, GreenState Credit Union (formerly The University of Iowa Community Credit Union) in North Liberty, Iowa sought to construct a world class facility for their staff. This new location would easily accommodate GreenState’s continued growth as well as their intent to have a more collaborative work environment. As an environmental steward, GreenState incorporated several LEED principles into the facility and grounds. Pigott’s attention to detail in design and specification perfectly represented a blend of product solutions to meet the client’s performance expectations while staying within budget.
GreenState elected Pigott as their vendor partner for our broad service capabilities, our manufacturer partners, and our design staff that worked from a “best value” approach to ensure that the client received all they asked and more. Through expert advice in workspace environments, ergonomics and utilization of client inventory, this partnership was built.
In this new space you will find spectacular daylight views throughout which helps to improve productivity and morale. The product design compliments this architectural element perfectly by creating workspaces that are highly functional and collaboration spaces that are much desired. This space is perfect for GreenState now and will continue to work for them as they grow in the future.
