We always strive to Do the Right Thing, a value that drives us to act with integrity and purpose in all that we do. Each year, our team proudly participates in We Care, where we join the Boys and Girls Club to donate and create crafts, bringing joy and creativity to local youth. Additionally, we’ve supported Lifeserve's Blood Drive, encouraging our team to give back in ways that make a lasting difference in our community. DEIB
This year, our commitment to diversity was on full display as our DEIB committee hosted a Pride potluck in each office. The Potlucks brought our teams together to celebrate diversity and unity. By creating spaces where everyone feels welcome, we honor the voices that make our community stronger.
Bringing Designs to Life
Another example of this value in action is the amazing work our Visualization Designer/Technology Specialist does to bring our client's visions to life. We recently partnered with ITA Group and by using 3D visualization and customization, our specialist gave ITA Group the tools to clearly articulate their vision and see it come to life. This collaborative process empowered the client's voice in every step of the design journey, ensuring the final solution truly reflected their needs and aspirations. By listening deeply and showcasing possibilities, we not only earned their trust but also demonstrated how embracing diverse ideas leads to exceptional outcomes.
